We hired ConAm Developments Inc. at our home for several renovation projects. They renovated our kitchen, bathroom, refinished our basement and upgraded some of our plumbing and electrical work to code. Plumbers and electricians were fully qualified. We were very pleased with all of the work they have done. Good communication made the projects easy to handle for us. We discussed the project in detail before it got started and then during the working time we had updates. A date was set for the project and the work was done on time and finished according to plan. The workers were skilled, pleasant to be around, polite, hard working and reliable. Excellent finishing details were given for the final touches. Work areas were left clean after a workday and any real mess was hauled away.

ConAm Developments showed up on the date promised. The crew was extremely professional, showed up on time, and never left without an update as to what they were doing and when they would return. We were kept informed of all the details of the job. We also appreciated that the work areas were always cleaned and left neat at the end of every work day.
The workmanship was excellent and the bathroom turned out even better than we expected. There were no surprises in the final statement.

Over the last five years ConAm Developments have undertaken four different projects for me, ranging from renovation of the ground floor because of water damage to a new backyard fence. Conrad Glass first came to my attention when I was looking for someone to do a bathroom renovation. I was impressed with his willingness to take my wishes into account and make suggestions that very much improved the project. I have found his estimates to be accurate and very competitive, his crew does a prompt and top-quality job and he himself keeps careful track of all the work that is being done.
